Wolverine

Sat May 16, 2009, 7:25 PM
I just saw X-Men Origins: Wolverine and I am not sure how I felt about it. There were things that I liked and things that bothered me (mainly the Deadpool part). I just really wish that they wouldn't dramatically change the story from the comics to adapt it to a movie. In the end I will still end up buying the DVD because I am a fan, but I still think that they could have done a better job on parts of it.

That's the kind of review I'm hearing more of lately concerning the movie... I'm sure I'll watch it though, cause I two am an X-Men fan =)

Yeah I was kinda pissed about the whole storyline, It was all laid out and Hollywood totally F'D it up. Walking out of the theater my wife asked me why I looked pissed, so after getting home I went into my studio and brought down over a foot tall stack of comics (including the Deadpool comics) and told her to read them and acouple hours later she agreed that they F'D it up.

It was a good action flic and that was about it :(

But Star Trek Kick'd Ass! Highly recommend seeing it :)

I would have to agree with you on that.

Yeah I definitely went home and checked on some things and was in agreement that they F'd it up. The major thing that I can't understand why they did it is giving Deadpool the katana claws that are longer than his arms themselves? It was a good action flick though.

I have heard that Star Trek is awesome, that's next on my list to go see.
